Meet Rachel

My Story
My nutrition journey began at university where I suffered from low mood, anxiety and eventually burn out. I knew I needed to take control of my life and started researching and implementing nutritional changes which radically changed my life.

I have been developing my knowledge ever since and viewing things from a person-led, holistic perspective has defined how I behave and interact in every aspect of my life.

With recent hormonal struggles I once again had to take stock and gain control over a disempowering situation which has prompted this exciting new chapter in my journey.
About Me
Rachel Kingston, Registered Nutritional Therapist, BSc, DipNT, mBANT, mANP.

My primary mission is to help you feel good about yourself and I believe this can be achieved through good nutrition and lifestyle choices.

I studied for 3 years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, completing diplomas in both Nutritional Therapy and Naturopathy. I also worked in a successful health shop, supporting customers to optimise their wellbeing. Since completing my studies I have helped many people make small changes to their lives with profound outcomes.
I have accreditation with the British Association for Applied Nutritional Therapy (BANT), Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), which ensure I am informed of current scientific research and have the best standard of practice in my clinic.

I have a first class honours degree in Psychology and worked for many years in the field of social work supporting people to implement and maintain changes to improve their lives. These skills will help me support you to overcome any mental and/or practical obstacles affecting you.
